What happens now?

At this stage we will have confirmed we have reserved the villa for you and you'll need to send us the form on the left.

The small print - please read our terms and conditions of booking prior to filling out the form otherwise already filled out details will be lost. Clicking on the terms and conditions check box means you are accepting the terms and conditions. We regret we are unable to accept bookings without acceptance of our terms and conditions

We'll need 25% holding deposit unless your booking is within eight weeks of your holiday in which case the full balance will need to be paid. This can be by cheque or bank transfer.

Please indicate in the form whether you prefer to pay by cheque or bank transfer and we'll send you the details.

Once the form is complete click on the send button and it will clear. If it does not go there will be an incomplete field which will need correcting. (marked in red)

Approximatly two months before you go we will contact you for the remaining balance + £150 breakages deposit.

Once we are in receipt and cleared we send you directions and emergency contact numbers. We normally do this approximatly a week before you go so we can wish you bon voyage!

If you have booked a taxi, you will need to pay the driver (in stirling or Turkish lira) when you arrive at the villa for both journeys. Prices at the time of writing are:

1-3 persons £70.00 return,
4-6 persons £80.00 return

and that's it, have a great holiday!

When you get back we ask you for any comments, our management company confirms there are no breakages and we refund your breakages deposit.
